This is a good place to go for drinks after work or out for the night, live Bands. I was there 11/23/23 an it was great, Art is displayed here a food truck called Gladys Nite. A great place to go without chaos.
This is my favorite place to go dancing. I'm an old bird and I don't get out much. But if I hear about a DJ I like spinning here, IM GOING. The vibes are going to be immaculate and I'm gonna dance all night I always have a good time! They have kettle chips in the record shop FYI. And if the wawa food truck is there Give them your money it's so soo good!
This place is such a vibe, and I love the artwork throughout the venue! The patio can be packed at times because it’s not that big, but you can always find a place to sit. The drinks are the best I ever had especially the red wine slushy. Lady Monixx is an amazing DJ she killed the show!!! ...
I love this place. Want to drink an Albarino while you watch a DJ set?...and wear something you feel good in?...and poke through some vinyl/ maybe purchase a record? Bet. Parking is free, too.
Another lovely spot in Detroit, the way the light hits this space is precious, such a nice soundsytem and plenty of room to dance, patio is really nice too, I would spend the whole day here zipping on some maracuya slushies while enjoying soulful house
Last evening we had an epic time at Spot Lite! It was a surprise party for a good friend turning 60! The owner Roula & GM Jessica were the best. Without their focus and professionalism the event would not have been a success. While I’m sure I was a pain for them, they handled a 1st time party thrower with kid gloves and made me feel special. Every detail on their end was handled as discussed with a high level of professionalism! Security while not needed were also professional! My hats off to Brandon and the team behind the bar! Best event space ever.... Is what the guest talked about! I highly recommend this team and this venue! You will not be disappointed!
Just danced all night at the movement after party. The DJ's killed it. Being my first experience, the venue and shop brought me a wave of comfort and a very strong sense of belonging and community. I am watching the sunrise. Cheers to Carrie, George, and Richie who I met.
